If, for any reason, you receive equipment that you are not satisified with, we will either
A) pick-up the equipment and return 100% of the money you paid us, including your actual shipping expense
B) replace the equipment free of charge, including all shipping
C) adjust the price
Hassle-free freight claims
We handle freight claims that involve our shipper. You are required to do two things: record the damage on the STI inventory page and have the driver sign it.
